Let JN Garden and Caretaker Service handle your resident contact. We handle ongoing contact for our customers' residents in person, by email or phone. We handle the following:
 
- Operational tasks
- Problem solving
- General questions
- 24-hour emergency hotline for urgent damage (electrical and plumbing)
 
Your business partner as owner, investor, administrator, chairman or other
- Performing all daily operations and many other things (see more under “we offer”), we have everything “in house”
- Supervision of all operations on the property according to current legislation. For example, heating systems, ventilation systems, etc.
- Performing craftsmanship tasks
- Participation in 1-year review and key management
- All daily contact between owner, administrator and resident has a good effect, as the resident is used to seeing our name during indoor/outdoor maintenance, move-in and move-out inspections and much more.
